This is a website on human sustainability and aims to inform and inspire managers and everyone else who is interested in the field of human sustainability. I have defined human sustainability (HS) at my PhD thesis in Management as follows:
“Human sustainability is when organisations respect human beings as free, rational and responsible, include them in policy formulation and decision-making and encourage them to build mutual respect with all persons within and beyond their organisations.” (Meleti, 2020, p. 36).
When Management Meets Respect
Elli Meleti, PhD

I am a sociologist, a communicator and a manager because of my education and working experience but above all I am a respectful human being who respects all people and who believes that the right kind of respect is the driving force in all organisations and institutions.
Over 25 years of working experience in sales, management, consultancy and entrepreneurship gave me deep experience working with diverse professionals in different industries.
